Shipping

Domestic destination:
The budget shipping cost is about RMB 20.00 Yuan. We encourage our customers to combine the shippings together to save money. If the combined value of your order is more than RMB 500 Yuan we will pay for the shipping.

International destination:
We use registered air mail. The shipping charge is directly from China Post. The shipping fee is first 26 Yuan (about US $ 4.07 or Euro 3.06) for the first 100g and 15 Yuan (about US $ 2.35 or Euro 1.77) for additional 100g. For example, you ordered 3 items with total weight of 350g, the shipping cost will be 26+15+15+15=71 Yuan (about US $11.13 or Euro 8.36). The detail of shipping cost will be shown when check out. We encource our customer to combine small items together for shipping, for example you pay one 20g item and five 20g items the same shipping charge.

Except in special circumstances(customized fitment ect), after we have received your payment, we will deliver your product within 48 hours. The shipment will be sent by registered airmail worldwide. Delivery for such shipments will normally take place between 8 to 12 working days. For customized items please allow 5 to 6 days to ship.

You will be updated with the shipping progress by emails. You can also go to "my account" to monitor your order status. A tracking number will be provided once the product is shipped.

MustWear.com will cover all local sales tax (when applicable). All orders are sent insured. Claims are provided if the shipment is lost or damaged during transit. Duty and customs fees (when applicable) are responsibility of the recipient.

International rush delivery is aviliable (within 3 to 5 days), we will charge an additional fee for that. Please contact us for the detail

Each item is shipped within a giftbox to prevent possible damage during shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

We value our customers very high and will try our best to satisfy our customers. We will accept returns or exchanges for any reason within 8 days of arrival to your address, and give you a full refund!

Please contact us before sending the product back.

Please return the product in its original condition. We recommend to purchase a insurance when ship the product. For defective products, we will reimburse your shipping cost, please send us a copy of your receipt. If you choose not to use postal insurance we will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged in the return mail.

Depending on the applicable policies above, you can request either a refund or a replacement when you return your product.
